Residential Agreement
A settlement has been reached with the NECA Contractors for a one-year term of our Residential Agreement.
Health & Welfare Updates
If you are eligible and become disabled after June 1, 2007, plan eligibility will continue while you are disabled. Your bank hours will no longer be exhausted first, but will remain in reserve until you return to work or after you have utilized the full 21 months of disability coverage. No increases are planned for our Health & Welfare Plan for this year.
