The former North Park Library will be renovated into Holly’s House, an Evansville domestic violence center. It will serve as a “neutral location” where special unit city police offices for the investigation of domestic violence, sexual violence and child abuse will be located.

The Southwestern Indiana Building & Construction Trades Council voted to donate all labor for the project. The grand opening will be on August 1, 2008 we need everyone’s help now more than ever to make our deadline. This is an opportunity to show community support and aid the victims of domestic and sexual violence as well as abused children.
